In partnership with Cocina Collective, El Paso's newest initiative to present certified prep kitchens to street food/food truck vendors to help obtain city and health permits, we present Trucksgiving Food Truck Festival. This is an outdoor event.

FOOD TRUCKS: This is also a fundraiser to assist Cocina Collective in achieving the goal. All food trucks who have paid and registered for this event will agree to submit 15% of their sales at Trucksgiving to Cocina Collective. Your $100 fee will go towards your percentage. Upper Valley Market guidelines and regulation will apply. You must have a current mobile permit and the proper fire extinguishers.

NON-FOOD TRUCKS/GENERAL VENDORS: You will not need to submit a percentage of your sales. You will only pay the event fee. All tents/canopies are required to be 10x10 white canopies or professionally branded tents.
