Mientras esperamos comenzar un nuevo año, quiero alentarlos a que sueñen en grande. Sueña en grande a pesar de la incertidumbre que rodea al 2021. Enfoca tus pensamientos en las metas y sueños que tienes. Lo sé, suena más fácil decirlo que hacerlo. Aquí está mi truco favorito para tener un año nuevo lleno de metas cumplidas.
Al final de cada año, mi esposo y yo elegimos una palabra o frase que será el tema de nuestra familia para el año. Este tema nos ayuda a enfocarnos en las cosas importantes que queremos lograr. Honestamente, no recuerdo el tema original que elegimos para 2020. Una vez que vimos que una pandemia se dirigía hacia nosotros, decidimos cambiar el tema a "Salud y prosperidad". Este tema nos ayudó a mantenernos en la fe y a creer lo mejor, sin importar las circunstancias que nos rodeaban.
Primero, elegirás un tema. Elegir un tema te ayudará a concentrarte en tus objetivos. Cuando elija un tema, quiero que piense en lo que le gustaría lograr en el nuevo año. Coge un cuaderno y escribe tus pensamientos en la parte superior de la página. No dude en utilizar el tema Salud y prosperidad, si lo desea. (Ver ejemplo.)
Si tiene problemas para elegir un tema, no se preocupe. Simplemente siga trabajando en la hoja de trabajo a continuación, y su tema vendrá.
A continuación, escribirá los 5 objetivos principales que tiene para el año bajo el tema elegido. (Ver ejemplo.)
Una vez que haya escrito sus 5 objetivos principales, escriba los pasos de acción que debe seguir para lograr esos objetivos. Recordar, una meta sin un plan es un deseo, así que hagamos realidad esos deseos planificando con anticipación. Por ejemplo, anoté "Duplicar mis ventas" como una meta para mi negocio. Este objetivo se vincula con la prosperidad. Me pregunté: "¿Cómo voy a hacer más ventas?" Decidí, necesito publicar de manera más consistente en mis redes sociales y diseñar más productos para lanzar. Elegí hacer 5 nuevos tés de cáñamo. Esas dos cosas fueron mi plan de acción.
También es importante fijarse plazos realistas. Establecer una fecha límite le ayudará a determinar con urgencia cuándo realizará las diferentes tareas. Cada mes, debe cumplir con diferentes planes de acción que lo acerquen un paso más a sus objetivos finales.
Esta pequeña práctica nos ayudó a prosperar en 2020, no solo a sobrevivir. Quiero que mantenga su tema en primer plano en su mente. Escríbalo en su agenda y colóquelo en su refrigerador donde pueda verlo todos los días.
Durante todo el año, cuando las cosas se pongan difíciles, tome una hoja de papel y escriba el tema en la parte superior de la página. Bajo el tema, quiero que escriba más planes de acción o ideas. Me gusta llamar a este edificio de ensueño. Utilice este tiempo para meditar sobre lo que quiere lograr y cómo lo va a hacer.
