Hidden in Central El Paso in The Manhattan Historic District, El Paso’s Municipal Rose Garden debuts its first batch of blooming rose bushes every spring. The timing couldn’t be more perfect with Mother’s Day just around the corner!
From pinks to passionate reds, to lilac-colored varieties, you can rest assured your experience will include a dose of inspiration. For those of you who are curious to learn the art of gardening these beautiful agents of beauty, The El Paso Master Gardener Rose Garden Committee in collaboration with The City of El Paso you can attend various guided tours where you gain access to vital information regarding the process, care, and maintenance of these perennials. With over 300 species and 10s of thousands of cultivars you can trust that your perfect rose exists.
A little Zen time is highly encouraged in the busy world we live in, and this garden offers you shaded areas for the hotter days of our special and radical weather for your self-care time to happen. Bush after bush of nothing but colorful blooms, you can find yourself enjoying the aroma of these freshly born cuties. Looking for an Instagram-able location? This hidden treasure will surely make your selfies pop with the colors of the rainbow blooming throughout the property. We dare to suggest this as a perfect spot for proposals, graduation shoots, romantic dates, and did we forget to mention Mother’s Day too?!
