The morning of Monday, February 15, 2021 started as any other typical Monday. To the surprise of Cultura Candle Co., they received a notification of an Instagram tag by none other than Anjelah Johnson! She is a well-known Latina comedian. Anjelah is a former NFL cheerleader. She was a cast member of MADtv during its 13th season. Anjelah has a stand-up on Netflix called “Anjelah Jonson: Not Fancy”. In addition, Anjelah does something extraordinary for small businesses on Saturdays. She uses her social media platform to give shout outs to small businesses. However, on this particular shout out, she made her weekly post on a Monday because she was moving that weekend. Anjelah chose to give El Paso-based Cultura Candle Co. a wonderful highlight that Monday morning. She wrote on her Instagram post “@culturacandleco makes long lasting premium candles designed to ease your mind while creating a warm ambience. Hand poured in El Paso, TX culturacandle.com". Cultura Candle Co. patiently waited to see what would happen. Then, the orders started pouring in from California, Washington, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, etc. to almost complete wipe out.
